hanno bannato anche me (tipo le "offese" di piazza navona - ma lasciamo stare), ma lo leggo ancora, visto che ogni tanto c'e' qualcosa di interessante:


a me dello scontro rialzisti/ribassisti davvero non me ne può fregare di meno.

Quello che è certo è che ciò che leggevo in questa sezione del fol mesi fà, ora lo leggo sui giornali e lo vedo in televisione. A parer mio l'inversione dell'immobiliare italiano è appena iniziato e benchè lento, sia innegabile. E tutto sommato per un motivo molto semplice. Le case costano troppo! I giovani non se le possono permettere in nessun modo. Piuttosto stanno in casa.

Con l'aggravarsi della congiuntura, e con i nuvoloni che arrivano dall'america, le cose possono solo peggiorare. Persino il berlusca vuole fare un piano immobiliare, e quell'altro, Brunetta, parla espressamente di bolla in TV. Soprattutto stà cambiando il Sentiment, che è la cosa veramente importante. Molti cominciano, pur lentamente, ad avere il dubbio che l'immobiliare non possa sempre solo salire.

Che poi il lusso tenga è un altro discorso. Qui si parla di gente normale, che desdera case normali a prezzi normali.

E sai da cosa deriva?

Dal fatto che l'immobiliare e' sempre stato REALE cioe' ad appannaggio dell'aristocrazia.

I poveri non hanno mai avuto una casa/terreno in propreta', sono sempre stati in affitto/ enfituesi / usufrutto (sfruttati).


I ribassisti di oggi sono cosi' polli che invece preferiscono stare in affitto ... che dire la storia non gli ha insegnato nulla.
